Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items or gift cards. If there is an issue with your order we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us at: jelanasbakeshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to raise an issue, refunds can be issued where necessary.

Damages and Receiving Error

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to provide proof of the damage with images, your order number and a description of the damage in an email sent to: jelanasbakeshop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on perishable items unless warranted by sending proof of damaged order using the above “Damages and Receiving Error” steps. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures and email, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified that we will resend you a second shipment on your original damaged order. Please remember it can take up to two weeks to reship your order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures and email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.Shipping
