Are you a walk-in retail Bakery?
YES WE ARE! 18560 SW FARMINGTON RD, ALOHA OR 97007.  Come by and pick up your order, TUES-SAT 7AM-4PM (SOON TO BE 8AM-5PM RETAIL, 7AM-5PM FOR ONLINE PICK UP). We still offer delivery and shipping online.

How long does it take to get your order after placing?
Most items are ready the same day depending on time of day, order quo, or a holiday. Cakes should be ordered 3 or more days in advance to increase chance of securing order, but you can take your chances and order cake any day before.

Are you just a vegan or gluten free bakery?
We are not a nut free, gluten free, sugar free, or strictly vegan bakery. Yet, we do provide flavorful treats that meet those dietary restrictions and complete a deep sanitizing treatment before and after these products are created at Jelana’s Bake Shop.

GLUTEN FREE ORDERS ARE MADE AND PACKAGED IN SEPARATE  BAKING ROOM WITH SEPARATE VENTILATION SYSTEM, AND WRAPPED IN PLASTIC WHILE WALKING THROUGH WHEAT ROOM. GF CUSTOMER CAN DO CURBSIDE ORDERING SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME INTO WHEAT SPACE. XO

Order of operations to prevent contamination: SEPARATE ROOM (gluten free vegan, gluten free) vegan, monk fruit, traditional, nuts and peanut (END OF DAY TO GET BEST SANITIZING AND LEAST CONTAMINATION).

Do you make cakes?
CAKES ARE BACK!!!  We offer 6" and 8", 10" round 2-layer cakes and 1/4 sheet (13"x9") & 1/2 sheet (13"x18") 1-layer cake.  We recommend to order cakes 3 days before to secure your order. We offer express ordering for cakes needed 48 hours or less for $12 rush fee. Once you place your order, we will call you immediately to tell you we can't make your cake. Otherwise, your order is all good!
